Join an expanding Australian Non-Bank Lender who are rated for providing great service to their brokers and customers with fast and flexible solutions! Due to the growing market and business coming through, they are eager to have a loan processing officer join their team to help assist the BDM’s directly when submitting commercial loan applications.

Your new role

As a commercial loan processing officer, you will be responsible for:

• Communicating directly with internal and external stakeholders
• Processing commercial loan documentation, from initial application through to settlement
• Working with the credit team to manage the applications and provide assistance on verification & certification of documents for their assessment
• Working with a high attention to detail, inputting accurate information into systems
• Managing phone queries in relation to new or existing applications
• General administrative duties.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Mandarin Language skills (fluent both verbal and written)
• Experience working in a similar loan processing position within commercial lending (highly desirable)
• Experience working in a similar loan processing position within business lending (minimum lending requirement)
• Excellent understanding of the end-to-end loan process for commercial loan documents
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Great time management skills
• The right attitude to learn and succeed.
